Product Description
The 023 Wired Pet Fence System is a reliable and cost-effective way to keep your dog safely inside the yard without building a physical fence. A boundary wire is laid around your property and connected to the indoor transmitter. The wire forms a closed loop and carries a harmless signal that defines your pet’s safe area.
When your dog wears the receiver collar and walks toward the boundary, the collar first emits a warning beep. If the dog continues closer, it receives a mild static correction. The closer or faster the dog moves toward the line, the stronger the stimulus becomes, encouraging the dog to turn back. After a few days of flag training, most dogs learn to stay within the set limits.
The transmitter includes variable field-width control so you can adjust how early the warning starts. If the buried wire is cut or disconnected, the base unit alerts you with a sound and indicator light. Built-in lightning protection helps guard the transmitter during storms. One system can work with multiple receiver collars, making it suitable for multi-dog households.
